There really was a lot of knowledge generously shared this weekend. I have attended other weekend aligner courses in recent years and comparatively, this course had more information presented in a more concise and easy to understand manner. The lack of upsell/funnelling towards other side services also makes you feel like it’s a weekend well spent. The congruity between the speakers also leads for better delivery of information and lecture flow. Overall, a great beginner - intermediate aligner course. Provides plenty of information to give you confidence in starting cases immediately without the time commitment of a mini/maxi residency.

I’d like to chime in to say that I also found the course amazing. Ortho is a very big subject to cover, especially when only given two days to do so. Shaun and Carlos have worked hard to create a course that takes a beginner into the complex world of aligner orthodontics with ease. As educators, they have a way of delivering important orthodontic principles in a simple, concise, and digestible manner. Their use of case studies helps reinforce these principles over and over again until they truly sink in. With aligners, not every movement is predictable, but through CAAD, you learn the protocols to follow and how to communicate them effectively with the technician, making treatment outcomes much more predictable. They also share valuable tips and tricks to help troubleshoot common issues that may arise during treatment, giving you the confidence to handle real-world cases. Over two days of lectures and practical hands on exercises, we received an incredibly comprehensive training in aligner therapy. It was a LOT of information but it was presented in a clear, well structured, and easy to follow format. The lecturers Carly Yang and Shaun Weng  were fantastic presenters.
